Lovely traditional pub , very cosy, real fire in winter. Relatively unexciting beer selection but kept very well . Surprisingly good spirits selection . Can fill up with students but worth seeking out.
Great beer and nice pub ruined by disturbing religious posters all over the place. Creepy , won't EVER be back.
Under new management, no more creepy Christian propaganda on the walls.

Fantastic views with some pretty good food choices on the menu. My choice was the chicken burger and I have to say it was excellent. The staff are very friendly too. Top marks! - Lisa Foster
