I was fortunate enough to go to Butter’s Burgers before is was limited to just a take out and delivery restaurant due to Covid 19. The meal and service was excellent. What a cool place.
East Polk is so good, I don’t ever want another burger again.

Service is awful, this place is super dirty . I saw a server put the trays in the tray holder and 3-4 flies flew out.

Great dog park on the water in downtown Tampa with lots of activities and things to do...great food nearby too! Urban cantina was only two blocks away :) - Chris Rivas
