Most expensive food I’ve had in living in SF for 8 years. $12-39 for PER tiny skewer .
Teishoku with 1 skewer is permanent, rest of dishes seasonal. Can add on beef uni toast ($40) or additional skewers (varies by cut). Reserve by phone or Tock. Tasting menu only, at $225pp before fees.
Spectacular food and experience. Pricy but worth it.
The chef is really friendly and funny. I really like the fact that the flavor is really clean and not too heavy. Worth it! - T
